Terms and conditions of sale

Each order sent to SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC is equivalent to a contractual proposal from the customer. Therefore, it is binding for SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC only if:
- it is complete in all its parts
- contains all the elements needed to correctly identify the products ordered
- is confirmed and accepted by SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC

SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or orders lacking the data necessary for their fulfillment. The documentation for tax purposes relating to the products ordered is issued by SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC at the time of shipment of the same to the customer. SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC ships all over the world through couriers GLS, BARTOLINI, UPS, ITALIAN POST, DHL.

Shipments by SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC will take place from Monday to Friday from 9 to 15; orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday in the normal working hours. Delivery generally takes 1-2 days, throughout Italy from the moment the parcel is taken over by the express courier, excluding the islands where delivery takes place in 3-5 days. Shipments within Europe take place in 4-5 days. We cannot guarantee these times because they do not depend on us.


In the event that the courier is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the latter will be contacted for the return. If this second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the place of jurisdiction, where it will remain in storage for a maximum of 3 working days pending collection by the recipient. In the event that the bikini should not be collected within the maximum storage limit it will be returned to the sender.

SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC will do everything possible to deliver the products to the consumer within the indicated terms. The consumer is invited to make contact with info@olymare.it in case of delay in delivery and in any case to report any malfunction detected. SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC is not responsible for unpredictable delays and / or attributable to the courier alone.

SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC provides the possibility to change the item purchased online on condition that the products are in the same condition in which they were received and provided with a shipping note that proves the purchase.

1) RETURN: It is necessary to send an email to servizioclienti@olymare.it specifying the reason for the return. After having received the authorization from SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC, the package with the product to be returned can be prepared and by inserting the written communication inside which declares the will to proceed with the return together with the accompanying document ( DDT) proving the purchase. The package can be sent at the customer's expense by post or other courier.

2) CHANGE: it is necessary to send mail to servizioclienti@olymare.it specifying the reason for the request for replacement of the product, the item you want to receive in return and a telephone number. Before proceeding with the shipment of the package, wait for our reply.

The package with the costume to be changed must be sent by post or other courier, at the expense of the customer
The product will be changed only if the following precautions are taken:

  • the bikini must be returned intact and clean, with its label and its hygienic protection


Return policy

The right of withdrawal can be exercised from the moment of the conclusion of the contract up to fourteen days after the receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication within fourteen days to:

If you want to request a return or exchange, we specify that the following conditions must be respected:
A) From the date of delivery of the order to the request for exchange, no more than 14 days must pass,
B) The product must be returned intact and clean with its label and hygienic protection on the horse.

If the conditions listed above exist, the exchange or return can be made in the manner described below.

You will receive an email with the instructions to follow in order to proceed with the exchange or return.

It is not possible to carry out the return operation with subsequent refund by going to the stores that sell "OLYMARE" products.
SIRENA STYLING DI MONTANARI SANDRA & CSNC reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received or in the case of returns shipped more than 14 days from the delivery date. It is also necessary to specify your telephone numbers, e-mail and tax code.
